Purchasing & Logistics Manager - Middle East

Job Description

We require a purchasing professional with experience of the food industry, ideally with ingredients experience as a category but not essential. You will be an analytical, strategic operator who understands the complexities of global negotiation and will have operated in a purchasing capacity liaising with central buying as part of your role previously. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of logistics. This is a cross functional role working closely with the Corporate Supply Chain, Research and Development, QA, QC and the International Division. You will be based in the UK and there is flexibility when you are in the UK around working from home and time if the office, you will ideally be based in the Midlands or South. Clearly as this role covers the Middle East there will be extensive travel to the region. Our client has enjoyed significant growth over the last 12 months across their worldwide markets and this new role enables the success of their expansion plans.
