Interim Site Manager

Job Description

This major added value chilled foods business is in the market for a Site Manager to oversee the entire operational portfolio. This would include all manufacturing issues, so the right candidate needs to have a strong skills set covering Production, Planning and Process Improvement. You will need to be a strong influencer and leader and be able to interact well with all other senior members of the Site Executive Team including Finance, HR, Technical, Commercial and NPD. Previous experience in a fast paced manufacturing sector is definitely required and exposure to major retailers would be advantageous. You need to be passionate about manufacturing with a real can do attitude and the ability to lead and influence a highly experienced and successful senior team. This is a role for an experienced Manufacturing professional who is looking for breadth of accountability across a large and demanding site.
