Job Description
Interim technical specialist needed for a North London location
to assist a bakery business with a BRC evaluation for 3 days a week
for 3 months. Alongside an established technical career in the food
industry candidates will need evidence of taking a business through
BRC version 5 and have worked with the bakery sector at some stage
or with the relevant ingredients, fats, flours and oils.
