Job Description
Reporting to the Site Human Resources Manager you will provide full and proactive support for employees within various departments of this fast paced food processing business and deputise for the Site HR Manager in their absence. You will carry out monthly paid recruitment for the site working with line managers to ensure achievement of agreed manning levels, quality and skills requirements. As a key business partner, you will play an important role in driving forward people and their performance as well as measuring the functional and operational KPIs that influence the effectiveness of the HR Plan on the business. You will need to be experienced in providing Line Managers with ER support on procedures relating to disciplinary/grievance, flexible working, performance management, etc. Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified, or at least, working towards it.
