There is an exciting opportunity for a Development Chef, London based to join the Product Development team of a major chilled food group who have an established reputation for delivering innovative product solutions for leading retail clients.

The role of Development Chef will require you to create original, innovative and exciting new recipes and further develop existing product lines. As a valued member of the New Product Development team you will be required to research and develop new food / recipe ideas, or revisiting old favourites, reintroduce them with a new twist - in tune with current food trends and eating habits. The role will also require you to source new ingredients utilising your culinary flair to continually enhance the recipes and product range. The end result will be that you will produce recipes and dishes that are inspired and uniquely different to competitors and reflect the latest food trends and market appeal.

You will need to be an accomplished Chef who has good all round culinary knowledge and experience, having honed your craft skills in either minimum 2 AA Rosette or Michelin status restaurants or hotel kitchens. Your approach to work will need to be systematic and logical to achieve deadlines.
