The site is looking for a competent Shift Team Manager who ideally has exposure to chilled food together with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will have the ability to lead and motivate a large department of manufacturing operatives You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Good numeric and problem solving skills
