As Engineering Manager you will manage/co-ordinate the operational and maintenance needs of production to agreed standards. Ideally you will come from a bakery background and have knowledge of bakery equipment, with additional qualification in bakery industry standards. You will have experience of conducting Health & Safety Risk Assessments and Authorising Permits to Work.

Qualified to Diploma level in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines or a Graduate in Engineering within Mechanical I Electrical/ Refrigeration Discipline, you will have knowledge of Planned Preventive system (SAP), Health and Safety certification, Quality system certification and Automation control system (SCADA). The ability to speak Arabic would be a distinct advantage. The package for this role includes fully expensed car, fully expensed accommodation, bonus, utilities and bakery products.
