Our client is a successful chilled food manufacturer supplying major retailers with premium food products. They are looking for a Senior National Account Manager to manage one of the premium accounts, Waitrose.
As Senior NAM you will manage all aspects of the relationship with the key account to drive the maximum level of profitable sales growth. You will be responsible for the delivery of the sales budget for the account, designing and delivering a compelling annual business plan to aggressively grow the business within the account and for delivery of profitable NPD in the account.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will provide active involvement and participation in setting business strategy at executive level and consistently provides proactive contributions at executive meetings to challenge and optimise short term performance.
You will have experience of national account management, ideally Waitrose. You will have proven success in managing and developing accounts in a Food Manufacturing companies. Educated to degree standard, or can demonstrate graduate calibre, you must be highly numerate, a team player, adaptable, flexible, results driven and computer literate.
The ideal candidate will be a good communicator with ability to influence and manage change with detailed knowledge of Retail trade.
