To apply for the Engineering scheme you will need a minimum of a 2:1 Honours degree, ideally mechanical or electrical engineering.
You will possess or have some form of grounding in the following skill areas - Analysis & Decision Making, Planning & Organising, Team Leadership, Developing Partnerships, Driving Innovation, Project Management skills, Problem Solving skills. You will have a strong interest in Engineering, particularly across mechanical and electrical sectors.
On the scheme you may be involved in improving production facilities, reducing the incidence of costly breakdowns, and developing strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.
