One of the country's top retailers is looking to strengthen its technical team to maintain its key edge in terms of technical integrity across Quality, Safety and Supplier Performance. With the appointment of Product Technical Managers, the role will guide and empower specific product sector teams to work with innovations teams to deliver the NPD plan, putting the consumer at the heart of what they do.

The product sectors are Grocery, Impulse Grocery, Meal Solutions (chilled savoury convenience foods) and Household Cleaning / Pet Care. However, you do NOT need to have sector specific experience to be considered to manage a role. Far more important is a proven track record in technical management, either in retail or FMCG manufacturing, plus the vision and strategic 'nous' to drive improvements across all elements of the supply chain where technical impacts.
