This is a commercial role but requires a true foodie, someone whose career probably includes a hands on NPD management role earlier in their career. Since then, you will need to have built up your commercial experience managing retail accounts in food FMCG implementing commercial strategy to meet business goals. A full understanding of consumer dynamics is required to optimise the category potential for this innovative chilled food manufacturer. With the emphasis on external and internal relationship building, it goes without saying that your interpersonal skills will need to be well honed and supported by an analytical as well as innovative approach to problem solving.
