Honestly Healthy brings a new energy to Selfridges
A new range of healthy meals from Honestly Healthy is to be launched exclusively at Selfridges Food Hall on June 29th.
When nutritional therapist Vicki Edgson got together with organic chef Natasha Corrett they felt that the healthy options available to vegetarians weren't actually that healthy. Honestly Healthy's meals were created as a fresh, balanced and alkaline range in order to balance the typically acidic Western diet that can drain a person's energy.
The range includes Super Snacks, Honestly Staples and Chilled Salads. Green Goodness is a dish consisting of feta, tofu, quinoa and portobello mushrooms with a seaweed salad. Powerful Protein is a chickpea and quinoa burger with rice noodle salad, bok choy and broccoli. The range also contains Everlasting Energy, Bean and Fig Tagine and Luscious Living.
A spokesperson for the brand commented: "Honestly Healthy provides food that nourishes the body without placing the digestive system under any strain. With one of their dishes on your plate you can be sure that you are eating food as nature intended, while supporting local farmers and safeguarding the fertility of our land."
