Bollington Head Office Redevelopment

The building work at the Focus Management Consultants head office is well under way. The office and car park have been overrun with builders, electricians, plumbers and carpenters for the past three weeks, and so far we have seen the foundations of a new extended car park built, the entire upstairs pulled out to a bare minimum, new wooden frames created to form new interview suites and meeting rooms, along with the removal of the porch at the front of the building.

It never ceases to amaze us how many of our contacts know Bollington - many will have been here for a meeting in the past, and those who haven't are amazed by the countryside and the proximity to Manchester.

Anyone visiting our offices is sure to have noticed the bright blue beams on the second floor of our building - if you've visited us you will know what we mean (mind your head!). Some of these are now a thing of the past, as the upstairs of the building has been stripped out and redesigned into a hot-desking area for up to 10 employees. The rapid growth the business is experiencing, and the rate that we are recruiting new people to join the business resulted in the decision back in April to press forward with an office redevelopment. This will allow us to cope with the numbers of Consultants based at Bollington and to bring us up to speed for visitor numbers and enhanced technology.  The six-month project will include redeveloped grounds with an outside eating/meeting area and additional car parking.  Internally we will be extending to facilitate a new boardroom with video conferencing facilities, four new meeting rooms and new open plan offices.

"This is a symbol of our ambition as a business and confidence in our future growth potential - our employees deserve a great environment in which to work. Our clients and candidates will also benefit with better facilities for them to meet us or run events at" says Stephen Jones, Director.
