Focus Management Consultants expand

September 2011 has seen three new people join the Focus Management Consultants team. As the business grows and more clients come on board, the time came once again to increase the numbers and take on some new people looking for a challenge.

First is James Everall. James has made his debut into food and drink industry recruitment by joining FMCL from Eclypse Recruitment. With a background working at various recruiters in a number of sectors, James is excited to join the team and will be working under the Focus Management division on a range of vacancies.

Jonathan Taylor, head of Focus Select, has been making his mark on the business with a number of key appointments since his starting, having joined the business to manage the recruitment of all senior and board level appointments. Jonathan has an extensive career in recruitment, having managed recruitment offices in previous positions and recruited at senior level across various industries. He is well connected across the FMCG and personal care sectors, and is a welcomed addition to the team. In his sixth month with the business, he has now taken on the project of recruiting and managing two new graduates to the business. Together with Lucy Wager, Jonathan will be introducing the graduates to both the recruitment world and the food industry, fast tracking them into successful Recruitment Consultants. Both graduates, Emily Hill and Becki Deeran, join the team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants, and are keen to step into the world of staffing.

Emily Hill graduated from the University of York with a Management degree and has a background career in retail, both on the shop floor and in a Head Office environment. Recruitment Consultancy felt like a perfect next step for Emily. In her spare time Emily enjoys spending time with her family and friends, whether it be a night out or sat in with a good rom-com. She is also a keen baker and cook, enjoying eating the treats just as much as making them!

Becki Deeran recently graduated with a 2:1 in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University. As a new consultant she has settled in comfortably and enjoys being part of the team at Bollington, Macclesfield. She enjoys learning about recruitment and the food and drink industry.

These new additions to the Focus Management Consultants team illustrate the belief the Directors have in the business, and are a sign of the continuous growth we're experiencing. We expect to take on more clients over the coming months, and will be looking to expand our people base further throughout 2012.

The recent additions fall in line with the major head office redevelopment that has commenced this week, that will see a modern and state of the art headquarters for the Focus Management Consultants brand.
