Chief Engineer
The Chief Engineer will be responsible for managing and organising the daily maintenance schedules. This role involves motivating the work force and overseeing all project work. The Chief Engineer must also have the ability to promote continuous improvement within the department and the site.
Engineering Manager
The Engineering Manager will drive continuous improvement in engineering standards across the division as well as share best practice with the overall group. The Engineering Manager is expected to deliver improvements in line utilisation, equipment reliability and yield and deliver progressive maintenance strategy initiatives
Maintenance Manager
The role of Maintenance Manager will involve supervising and coordinating the activities of all maintenance personnel engaged in the maintenance and repair of the plant and equipment. The Maintenance Manager will ensure all equipment is installed and maintained in a safe working condition and available when required.
Maintenance Engineer
The primary function of the Maintenance Engineer is to regularly maintain all equipment on site and respond to breakdowns to ensure a safe working environment and full production capacity at all times. The Maintenance Engineer should have good fault finding and diagnostic skills and support the introduction of new equipment and machinery.
Project Engineer
Project Engineers could find themselves working on various different projects within the organisation. These roles require individuals with extensive engineering experience and project management skills.
Engineering Co-ordinator
Ensuring that the plant and equipment are fit for purpose in a demanding and fast food manufacturing environment, the Engineering Co-ordinator will support the engineering team across a wide variety of issues and accountabilities.
Multi-skilled Engineer
The Multi-skilled Engineer has the ability to provide Engineering support to a range of different departments. A Multi-skilled Engineer will carry out planned preventative maintenance to factory equipment and site services.
