Central Technical Resource Manager

The ability to embrace best practice in food quality management, auditing, hygiene and NPD support are all essential requirements for this position. The Central Technical Resource Manager is a consultancy-like role working from Head Office and entails influencing colleagues across the group to raise and maintain technical integrity.

Technical Manager

The role of Technical Manager covers the management of all aspects of the technical function including quality systems, auditing and ensuring quality conformance. The Technical Manager works closely with the production manager to successfully implement quality standards and ensure conformance to Trading Standards and current food legislation.

Microbiology Services Manager

The role of Microbiology Services Manager is to ensure that laboratories fulfill all company and customer requirements and provide expert advice regarding resolution of specific microbiological issues. The Microbiology Services Manager will assist the manufacturing site laboratories in achieving and maintaining accreditation, and ensuring that microbiological analyses are effective, relevant, and accurate.

Quality Manager

Process Technologist

A Process Technologist maintains existing and establishes new systems to verify the safety, legality and quality of all new and existing products, manufactured by the company. The Process Technologist will liaise closely with other departments on HACCP implementation, raw material risk assessment and external audits.
